KTM 990 DUKE R 2026 Review: Handling, Stability, and Safety
In the City: Despite its sporty nature, its lightness (180 kg dry) makes it a lightning bolt in traffic, though the turning radius is limited.
Out of Town: This is its hunting ground. The speed during direction changes is impressive, making the ride extremely physical and fun.
Highway: Stability is good thanks to the standard steering damper, but comfort is limited by wind exposure.
Mountain Passes: Here, "The Sniper" excels. The front end communicates every millimeter of the asphalt, allowing lightning-fast turn-ins.
Two-up: Highly discouraged for long trips. The stiff setup and cramped passenger seat make it unsuitable for touring as a duo.
