Presentation Window, Launch Date and Pricing

Given that the trademark application surfaced in the spring, it is vital to maintain a conservative stance on the release timeline. Harley-Davidson’s short-term production schedule is already heavily occupied by the upcoming launches of its budget-conscious Sprint platform and entry-level air-cooled variants. As a result, the Deadwood is highly unlikely to break cover immediately.

The most realistic launch windows point toward two possibilities:

Late-Year Unveiling (2027 Model): A static reveal or teaser drop during late autumn and winter motorcycle shows to gauge public reaction, leading to showroom arrivals in Italy during the first months of the following year.

Strategic Delay (2028 Model): A staggered insertion into the production catalog that would push the formal debut out to the second half of next year, designating the motorcycle directly as a Model Year 2028.

Estimated Pricing for the Market

Retail price projections depend entirely on the technical route chosen by the factory, factored alongside import duties and local Italian taxation:

Performance Cruiser Scenario (Revolution Max): An intermediate positioning designed to challenge high-performance cruisers would command a starting price in Italy between €18,500 and €20,500.

Classic Cruiser / Icons Series Scenario (Milwaukee-Eight): Should the motorcycle feature premium finishes, leather luggage, and a top-tier Softail architecture, the entry price in Italy will start at a base of €24,500, easily exceeding €27,000 in the event of a limited Icons Collection release.
