CFMOTO 1000 MT-X 2026 Review: Engine, Performance, and Top Speed
The parallel-twin engine resembles Austrian-derived units in both character and architecture.
Top Speed: The recorded real-world top speed stands at approximately 215-220 km/h.
Acceleration: Lively above 3,000 rpm, with an exciting change in character once past 6,000 rpm.
Engine Smoothness and On-Off: A slight "on-off" effect and a feeling of "drag" when closing the throttle were noted. CFMOTO has guaranteed a software update to eliminate even this minor issue.
Sixth Gear Roll-on: Smooth, although with a 243 kg load, one might wish for slightly shorter final gearing.
