Husqvarna TE 300 Pro 2026 Review: Engine, Performance, and Top Speed
Top Speed
In standard configuration, the real top speed detected via GPS is approximately 115-120 km/h. It is important to emphasize that the final gear ratio is short, designed for technical terrain, and maintaining high speeds for prolonged periods is not recommended for the integrity of the 2T engine.
Acceleration
Acceleration is blistering thanks to TBI (Throttle Body Injection) technology. The bike lunges forward with linear progression, free from the bogs typical of old carburetor engines.
Engine Smoothness and On-Off Effect
The on-off effect is almost non-existent. The electronic injection flawlessly manages throttle re-openings, ensuring exemplary delivery fluidity.
Recovery in Sixth Gear from Idle
The TE 300 Pro amazes with its ability to "pick up" in sixth gear from very low revs (approx. 30 km/h) without stumbling, thanks to the generous torque of the 300cc engine and the electronically managed exhaust valve.
Overall, general performance is excellent, at the top of the category. More power is not needed; if anything, the problem is exploiting all of it. In off-road conditions, very high performance levels are reached that are within the reach of few riders, demonstrating its competitiveness.
