Technical Highlights
Chassis and Stability: Based on an aluminum twin-spar frame, it is designed for maximum dynamic stability even on the most demanding terrain, such as rocky sections, where precision is paramount.
Fuel Capacity: Three tanks—two front and one rear—provide a total capacity of 36 liters. The 14-liter rear tank is mounted on rubber supports to reduce inertia, fostering a lighter and more agile ride.
Carbon Fiber Navigation Tower: Positioned at the point furthest from the center of mass, this structure is lightweight and durable. The road-book inclination is manually adjustable, and the tower subframe is independent from the main frame, allowing for rapid removal during race repairs.
Ergonomics: The tanks are made of a high-resistance nylon/polyethylene blend. The contact areas have been slimmed down to mimic the official CRF Rally bikes, ensuring a natural riding position.
Carbon Fiber Skid Plate: Protects the bottom of the 22-liter front dual-tank system and essential components. It features a "sled" profile to dissipate energy from impacts and includes a handy tool compartment on the left side.
Suspension: Showa 49 mm forks with titanium-coated stanchions for reduced friction and improved sensitivity. The rear shock features an 18 mm diameter piston rod with titanium coating, optimized for factory-level responsiveness.
Triple Clamps: Billet-machined aluminum, developed by HRC in collaboration with XTRIG. A dedicated steering damper is standard.
Braking System: High-performance system with an oversized 300 mm front disc. The rear disc features increased thickness to improve heat dissipation and reliability under heavy stress.
Special Wheels: Developed by HAAN, featuring CNC-machined hubs and Takasago Excel rims and spokes. Integrated dampers absorb violent shocks to improve comfort and reduce rider fatigue.
Engine: HRC-developed 890cc class-inspired engine (approx. 58 hp). It features a 6-speed rally-spec gearbox and an oversized auxiliary radiator to improve oil cooling. Top speed: approx. 160 km/h.
Works Exhaust: Akrapovič titanium silencer; steel headers and mid-pipe by HRC.
Premium Components: Renthal handlebars, Acerbis handguards, steel oversized footpegs, and LED lighting system.
