2027 Enduro and Enduro Race Lineup: Mechanical Optimization
The heart of Beta’s production remains its Enduro line, divided into two macro-families: the RR X-Pro (designed for advanced amateurs and hard enduro) and the RR Race (developed for top-tier competition).
Chassis and Suspension
The structural core relies on an evolution of the molybdenum steel double-cradle split frame, modified in its torsional reinforcement gussets to increase stability across fast sections and improve longitudinal shock absorption.
X-Pro Suspension Setup: Utilizes hydraulic units calibrated to maximize traction on slippery terrain while reducing rider fatigue.
Race Suspension Setup: Features a closed-cartridge front fork and a high-performance multi-adjustable rear monoshock to ensure consistent support at high racing speeds. The components operate on a progressive rear linkage system optimized with updated low-friction materials to reduce operating tolerances.
2-Stroke and 4-Stroke Powerplants
The engine lineup remains split between 2-stroke units (125, 200, 250, and 300 cc) and fuel-injected 4-stroke units (350, 390, 430, and 480 cc).
2T Units: Implementation of an electronically managed power valve exhaust system on flagship models. The bikes maintain independent lubrication via an electronic oil pump regulated by the Engine Control Unit (ECU).
4T Units (EFI): The electronic fuel injection system utilizes a redesigned throttle body to improve fuel atomization. Electronic management integrates switchable Traction Control and dual engine mapping (Standard/Soft) selectable via a handlebar-integrated switch.
