2027 Motocross (RX) and Trial (Evo/Sincro) Developments
In the Motocross division, Beta is moving forward with the industrialization of its RX models. Track tests conducted on the RX 250 4T prototypes indicate the adoption of an engine completely designed and developed in Rignano sull'Arno. This powerplant is characterized by a DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) layout with the timing chain positioned on the right side of the cylinder. The cylinder head features CNC-machined intake ports to optimize airflow, paired with high-efficiency, low-friction internal components supplied by Pankl. The chassis is experimenting with modified lateral engine mounts to alter overall torsional rigidity.
For the Trial lineup, the brand capitalizes on the experience gathered from its Evo series alongside its new-generation Sincro platform. Mass centralization remains the primary objective, pursued by slimming down the boxed aluminum frame with its integrated fuel tank and redesigning the clutch casings to shed weight from the engine package.
