The technical factor that gathered the highest number of negative feedbacks during our long-test is the factory choice of the final drive ratio. Configuring a street-oriented middleweight sportbike with such tall gears dilutes the intrinsic liveliness of the three-cylinder layout, forcing the rider into partially unnatural riding styles to compensate for laziness in low-speed transitions.
Secondly, the intensity of the heat dissipated by the powerplant around the rider's legs and the abrupt response of the on-off throttle system limit riding pleasure in touring and urban contexts, narrowing the scope of use for a vehicle that, by chassis qualities and structural stability, would have the potential to excel in its category.
