The decision to exclude a cooling fan from the standard equipment list of the Racing version—especially considering a retail price positioned in the premium segment of the market—remains a technical oversight. In low-speed, extreme hard enduro scenarios, coolant boiling is a frequent occurrence that forces the end-user to purchase the optional kit. Additionally, the sensitivity of the Keihin PWK carburetor to ambient temperature changes requires a fair amount of mechanical competence to manually adjust pilot and main jets across changing seasons.
