BETA ENDURO RACE RR 300 2T 2026 Test Ergonomics and riding comfort
Rider
The saddle-footpeg-handlebar triangulation places a distinct load on the front end. The Racing saddle features firm, differentiated-density foam with a high-grip non-slip cover, suitable for rapid weight shifts but punishing during static transfers. The Reiger handlebar mounted on adjustable risers allows for a correct standing posture, reducing forearm fatigue.
Aerodynamic protection
Being a specialized enduro machine, aerodynamic protection is virtually non-existent. The small front mask with its LED headlight assembly deflects the airflow exclusively below the rider's shoulder line.
Vibrations
The 293.1 cc single-cylinder powerplant is equipped with a counter-balancer shaft. The damping of second-order forces is effective up to mid-range engine speeds; beyond 8,000 rpm, high-frequency micro-pulsations are felt through the ergal footpegs and handlebar grips, though without triggering numbness in the limbs.
Heat
The thermal management of the two-stroke layout limits heat radiation toward the rider. The oversized radiators correctly dissipate thermal airflow laterally; a rising heat trail is only perceptible in the inner thigh area during restarts from a standstill after prolonged hard enduro sections.
Passenger
The vehicle is homologated exclusively for the rider. Passenger footpegs are absent, and the rear section of the saddle is not structured to support additional loads.
