Dainese has integrated the Smart Touch system on the index finger and thumb of the Namib 2026, allowing the use of capacitive screens (GPS, smartphones) without removing the PPE. The conductivity of the inserted material has been tested to maintain effectiveness even after numerous washes and exposure to acidic sweat.
Thermal Management: Ventilation is provided by the porosity of the mesh fabric on the back and the sides of the fingers. The airflow is laminar and does not generate annoying turbulence inside the glove, keeping the skin temperature constant even under direct solar radiation.
