TRIUMPH SPEED TWIN 1200 RS 2026 Review: Ergonomics and Ride Comfort
The ergonomics of the RS are decidedly more front-biased compared to the standard version. The torso is slightly inclined forward, a position that favors control during sporty riding without being punishing during urban commutes.
Seat: Positioned at a medium-high height, it still allows riders around 170 cm tall to plant their feet firmly on the ground.
Comfort: Vibrations are virtually non-existent across the rev range. Heat from the massive parallel-twin is managed effectively and is barely noticeable even in traffic.
Wind Protection: Virtually zero. Above 130 km/h (80 mph), wind pressure is significant; for medium-range touring, the optional flyscreen is highly recommended.
